填料部件采用浮动平面密封元件结构，由若干个小室组成。主要包括填料小室、节流环、锁闭环、密封环、弹簧等，锁闭环和密封环外圆以拉伸弹簧将其紧箍，运转后主要依靠气体压力及弹簧力紧箍在活塞杆上而起密封作用。

The dynamic sealing packing provided is mainly used for plunger or piston rods in centrifugal pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, reciprocating pumps, and reciprocating compressors. The packing components adopt a floating plane sealing element structure, composed of several small chambers.
This primarily includes packing chambers, throttling rings, locking rings, sealing rings, springs, etc. The outer circle of the locking ring and the sealing ring is tightened with a stretching spring, and after operation, the sealing function relies mainly on gas pressure and spring force to press against the piston rod.

活塞环是压缩机易损零件。安装在活塞外圆的活塞环槽内，用灰铸铁制成方形断面的开口圆环,具有一定的弹力。在自由状态下，外径大于气缸的内径。活塞环的切口形式分三种：直切、斜切、搭切。活塞环的作用利用本身张力使环的外表面紧贴在气缸镜面上，环的端面紧贴在活塞环槽的壁面上，以防止气体的泄漏.为避免压气从切口处泄漏，两个活塞环切口应相互错开，错开角度不小于120°起密封作用外，活塞环还起着布油和导热的作用。
