Variable‑frequency Retrofit
发表于:2026-08-23 分享至:

ccording to user requirements, the target pressure set‑point is configured first, then the unit is powered on for operation. The pressure sensor monitors pipeline network pressure and converts it into an electrical signal fed back to the frequency converter. After analyzing and processing the feedback signal against the set‑point, the frequency converter controls air‑compressor operation so that the feedback value finally matches the set‑point.

When air consumption rises, system pressure drops and the feedback value becomes lower than the set‑point. The frequency converter increases output voltage and frequency, raising compressor rotational speed and boosting air delivery volume. When air consumption falls, the compressor speed decreases and air output is reduced, keeping pipeline pressure at the preset value.

For multiple air compressors operating in parallel, the system automatically executes compressor loading and unloading to realize automatic constant‑pressure operation.
